This three storey 97 bed facility connects to the Port Colborne Hospital. Besseling Mechanical was responsible for running high pressure steam and domestic water from the hospital to the LTC facility. Besseling Mechanical was also responsible for all plumbing, hydronic piping, humidification, custom air handling units, and BAS controls.
